Whole of Site Closure
Due to the heavy rain forecast over the next few days and the current level of moisture in the soil, Stromlo Forest Park will be CLOSED from 5pm Thursday 6th October until 6am Monday 10th October.
The front gates will be closed (access to Stromlo Leisure Centre will not be impacted), as will the Bushfire Memorial carpark gates.
The closure includes:
- all internal roads
- fire roads
- mountain bike tracks and trails
- equestrian routes
- cross country running track
- the criterium circuit
We ask all users to respect this closure. Handlebar Café will be closed and the Shuttle Bus will not be running.
This closure is to protect our assets from unnecessary damage, we appreciate your cooperation.
