Sponsorship underpins future projects in the Park, to maintain and enhance the multi-use site and ensuring it continues to meet visitor’s needs as a world class facility.
University of Canberra Stromlo Forest Park (UCSFP) is committed to working with a variety of companies who share similar values and interests. We welcome enquiries from businesses and individuals interested in sponsoring assets within the Park.
With an onsite licensed cafĂ©, bike shop and regular mountain bike shuttle bus runs to the top of Mt Stromlo – UCSFP is the gateway to cycling and recreation in Canberra.
Assets available for naming opportunities and sponsorship vary, to suit a range of budgets. These include:
- The event Pavilion
- The Stephen Hodge Criterium Cycling Circuit
- The Robert de Castella Cross Country Running Track
- The Pump Track
- The Playground (mountain bike skills)
- Mountain bike trails

Sponsorship benefits
- Aligning with a key sporting recreational destination – sponsors will receive high brand recognition. Your brand or business will be showcased to more than 670,000 onsite annual visitors.
- The opportunity to deliver on your business objectives – retention of current clients and customers, improved brand recognition and exposure, the opportunity to leverage local and interstate tourism markets.
- The ability to build positive engagement to your brand through visitor experiences. From possible alignment with external sporting events showcasing talented, focussed competitors, through to weekend recreational enthusiasts and family fun users.

Sponsor Selection:
UCSFP maintain the right to enter into non-exclusive sponsorship agreements.
Sponsorship proposals may be assessed by a panel with key selection criteria, including but not limited to:
- reviewing sponsorship offers on a ‘first come, first served’ timeline
- prioritising local/Australian sourced partnerships
- partner brand compatibility
- sponsorship company fiscal viability/ value for money
- terms of agreement i.e., favouring longer multiple year agreements of 5 yrs plus.
