University of Canberra Stromlo Forest Park (UC Stromlo) is the ultimate mountain bike destination. Boasting over 50km of professionally built and maintained trails, there is something to challenge everyone.
If you are a commercial operator, club, school or training group looking to utilise a venue at UC Stromlo for an event or training session, please submit a booking request.
FAQS
Head to the 'booking request form' under the 'book' tab or on the side panel to begin filling out the form. Once completed, the UC Stromlo Events team will be notified and will contact you within 5-7 business days.
The form can be saved as a draft to fill out later or sent to someone else to complete, just ensure you keep the draft form link somewhere safe so that you can access the form and information that has been entered again (this link becomes available when you select 'save as draft' at the bottom of the form).
UC Stromlo events team will be in touch if more information about your booking is required. Please head to the terms and conditions to understand the cut off times for providing required documentation to ensure the events team have sufficient time to work through your booking details and documentation before the requested event date.
There may be fees associated with your booking. Pricing will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Invoices will be issued after the booking has occurred.

Bookings will not be added to the public calendar until all stages of the booking process are complete and the booking has been approved in writing by the UC Stromlo Events team.
